we came with the whole family for one night to Bursa. We booked 3 rooms. The staff was very kind and welcoming. They helped us with everything we asked. They upgraded us one room for free to a large and luxurious room. The hotel is near the metro and close to bus stations , so it is convenient to get anywhere from there. all the rooms we had were very convenient.

The hotel was very central. It is close to the tram station and taxi rank. Shops are within walking distance and getting anywhere is very easy and convenient. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a hotel I will return to and recommend.

Location is good. Near to train station and shopping mall. Easy access to public transport to go to anywhere too. Staff are very helpful. Highly recommended
