Everything.. Staff, location, the design was like a fairytale, room space, large bed, breakfast in a nice place with fireplace. Best hotel I have stayed in Turkey at least

Fantastic budget hotel that's as much a museum as a place to stay. Bed was comfortable, nice version of a Turkish breakfast. Staff was very helpful within the facility and for finding my way around the city. Great downtown location with a taxi stand on the corner, tram line in front, and metro lines on distant corners. I'll be coming to Bursa more frequently and this is definitely where I will stay.

The room was clean, warm, with a beautiful design. Breakfast was too amazing. Location is great too. I recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast served between 08:30 and 10:30. There is a bus stop nearby, 2 min walk. Hotel can be much more after renovation like other guests have mentioned as well in the reviews. To start with sound isolation and placing modern furniture.

Good hotel nearest to bazaar but walking distance will take 30 minutes to Koza Han
