Great location with a lovely pub almost opposite. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, with clean crisp bedding. The kitchen was really warm with the Aga on throughout our stay. Plenty of room for larger groups.

Had a wonderful time. Perfect for the family and our dogs, house very warm. Used the log burner . Pub across the road. Great walks . Booking again for next year.

The house location was lovely. The house was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. The Red Lion across the road was excellent. The check-in lock box was good. The beds were comfortable. The view from one of the rooms was really lovely. The heating system worked well.

The Old Post Office exceeded all expectations. The spacious layout, with ample beds and various cozy areas for relaxation, made it the perfect retreat. We especially loved how easy it was to unwind, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some downtime. Another highlight was the charming local pub, just a stone's throw away. Being so close meant we could easily pop in for a drink without worrying about finding a designated driver, adding to the overall sense of relaxation. This stay truly offered the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
