I recently stayed here and had an extremely unpleasant experience that left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. During my stay, I shared a room where hard drug use was openly occurring. This created a highly dangerous and distressing environment, which is completely unacceptable. I promptly reported the issue to the property management, hoping for an immediate resolution. However, to my dismay, not only was the issue not addressed, but my request for a refund was also denied on the basis of a non-refundable booking. I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider booking at this establishment until the management takes necessary steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests. I am extremely disappointed with the service, the lack of concern for guest safety, and the dismissive attitude of the management.

The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating. Other than hearing the Skytrain outside it was quiet inside and out. I was grateful to find a place to stay after my original plan fell through.
