The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids loved the hot drinks machine in the lounge. We had a very comfortable stay.

Location was central and access to hwys was great. Not so great was how traffic was so bad you couldn't get in and out of the hotel with out being smart and driving some of the backroads. We liked how cozy the place was and the coffee and water machines were great for us. The room was spacious and clean and furnished nicely with an Ikea-like vibe. Bathroom also functional and modern, needed some time to figure out the shower head and tub faucet controls. Overall the finishing on the paint job and some of the fine details were not 5 star so you can see the craftsmanship wasn't stellar but definitely the effort is there to provide modern and esthetically beautiful fixtures and finishes. Beds were sufficiently comfortable. Surprisingly beautiful view of mountains from bedroom and step out balcony was nice.

My initial room was next to the busy road, so very noisy. They moved me to a quiet room, moving my luggage while I was in meetings

Good value, clean recently renovated room, and very helpful staff who clearly take pride in the hotel! Staff were very welcoming and flexible, and facilitated an early check-in, which we were very grateful for.

Loved the fact public transport was close by. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room. What was really great was the use of a free help yourself coffee hot chocolate machine and cold filtered water. Beds were comfortable and lovely hot shower.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive.the coffee lounge and courtyard were good places to hang out. Wendy's and Starbucks both within walking distance for breakfast.

No breakfast offered, but the common room had an automatic coffee dispenser plus cold water. Keurig coffee maker was also in the room. The room also had a microwave and fridge, which were very handy. Also, the windows opened to bring in fresh air!

Nur on the check in was very helpful and friendly. Room was large and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi was fast and reliable. Rooms were clean and well equipped.
