1. Responses. Really admirable. Even messages sent via booking.com or whatsapp, responses come. Sometimes immediate and sometimes with a little delay, but never ignored. 2. Ready to help attitude. 3. Metro station, hypermarket and a hospital are nearby. 4. Balcony option and city view also nice. 5. I will say, overall a good experience, and a special thanks to the host Ms. Laura, the one I have been dealt with.

The apartment was spacious and clean enough, the beds were very comfortable and there were also toiletries. The hosts were very kind, and communication with them was easy. They were always there to help and provide the information we needed.

Lot of space in the apartment, very communicative and helpful staff, very comfortable bed with clean linen, option to rent bicycles (highly recommended), shopping centre in the neighborhood, very good connection to city center from Empalme station.

Spacious loft with amazing view and big terrace. I really enjoyed my stay there. The city center of Valencia is easily reachable by metro, where the city center of Burjassot can be reached by foot. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortable. Would 100% book it again :)

Location to IMED Valencia hospital was excellent. Plenty of supermarkets nearby for self catering. Small kitchen but had everything you need.

Lovely spacious apartments, a little out of the city but easy to get in with tram.
