Great location ,parking very close by that was secure. Tapas the best , great staff .Room excellent. The price wonderful. A lift that worked. Will be back.

Excellent little hidden away hotel in the centre of town. We had an inward facing room but it was warm, clean and windows opened. Downstairs is a bar and restaurant but no noise in the room.

The room was modern, well-equipped and very clean. We loved it here. Central location, just a few minutes away from the cathedral. Parking at the Plaza Mayor was also very convenient!

This was a good place to stay in Burgos, with good proximity to the city centre. Our room was very comfortable, and there was in-an in-house bar and restaurant.

Room was super comfy. They allowed us to check in early. Restaurant had lots of god options to eat so didn't need to go anywhere else

We liked everything! The staff in the bar/restaurant were lovely, the cleaners were great, the coffee machine and mini muffins/palmeritas were very welcome when slightly woozy from the previous night's celebrations, the location is amazing, the bed really comfortable...I could go on! We were there over the weekend of the festival de San Pedro and San Pablo, and arrived to an amazing cacophony of jazz/ska/Pogues-esque music. Absolutely brilliant. And yet we slept well each of the 3 nights we were there and the room was quiet. Also I'm 6'4", but there was no issue with height in the room despite being on the 5th floor. (There is also a lift by the way - I prefer to walk but after a few copas at night, a lift is very welcome!). The location is so central it is wonderful, and Burgos is a simply superb city. We were fortunate to have a friend show us around, and went out of the city centre to the Huelgas monastery and the Cartuja de Miraflores - a real bonus, absolutely fascinating and beautiful regardless of whether you have religious beliefs or not. Back in the centre, Rimbombin is within minutes of the cathedral, lots of restaurants and museums, and more culture than we could absorb in our all too brief 3 days. We went to a restaurant where they sing the Burgos anthem every night at 10.00pm, we saw parades, drumming, music, and ate excellent food - including in Rimbombin itself. It's a great Hostal in a great city.
