Excellent location. Really near cathedral, shops and restaurants but still very quiet when sleeping. Really clean and comfortable. Would return to this appartment if visiting Burgos again.

Location was perfect and the overall presentation beautifully clean and tidy with everything you need. Although we only stayed one night we would happily have stayed longer. We booked very last minute and the lady we spoke to was very helpful in assisting us to locate the property. The parking didn’t work out for us as we were in a larger vehicle and it was just too tight to get in but they very kindly refunded the cost of parking and we managed to park 5 mins walk away in a safe and secure underground car park.

Can’t comment on the staff because we never saw anyone till we bumped into one in corridor as we were were leaving. DID NOT LIKE AUTOMATED CHECK IN.

They send you videos of how to get to the apartment with a car. VIEW THEM! Do not attempt to use Google maps, as it thinks the area is fully pedestrianised and will not give you driving directions. Drove around for an hour trying to get there, then viewed the videos - then it was fairly simple. Very clean, comfy beds, although not stated there are two communal washing machines for use. Garage essential as right in the centre of town. Good location for food, sights etc. Very quiet. Lift from garage to all floors. Mercadona supermarket about a 7 min walk away.
