Very good cost, lovely hotel, very friendly and inviting staff, we had all the facilities and services we needed, the room includes air conditioning, a fridge, complementary coffee and tea and even an ice machine in the hall. Would come back!

We arrived on a late flight and needed somewhere close to the airport t stay before our onward journey. The host waited to greet us and he was very friendly and helpful and gave us water and coffee and little chocolate treats for the kids. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay at Matev Hotel. The owner of the restaurant waited for me after the normal check-in hours as my flight was delayed. He was also very helpful with advice where I can exchange euros, which buses to use and stores to buy from

The hotel is very close to the airport - just a short walk. Not much of an airport noise. Car parking wasn't an issue either - there was a free street parking in proximity. The person who is running the hotel was extremely polite and genuinely happy to talk and help if you need anything. English for him wasn't an issue.

Spotlessly clean room. Very welcoming and helpful host. The location to get to/from the airport is superb! Not far from the beach/ shops/cafes nearby. Easy to reach Burgas by bus nr.15. We felt very welcome. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome and were given advice on how to get to the hotel and where to eat. The location is perfect, a very short walk from the airport and the TopRentaCar office, both of which we used. Sarafovo is a very nice place to relax after or before a flight, or for a longer stay, with the beach and some nice places to eat and drink. Our room was very comfortable and clean with tea and coffee making and a bottle of water supplied. Thank you for a good stay.

I had a special arrangement for the check in because my flight landed at 01:00. The host was flexible with his schedule and welcomed me 01:30. Very friendly of him. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. Bed was also good. Bathroom was clean and good. Special mention for the coffees and little sweets that were included in the price - such good hospitality! My stay in this place exceeded my expectations. I sure will stay in this place in the future as well.
