Modern hotel in good condition. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom - for me it was the first one in Bulgaria that had shower and toilet separated from each other. 10 minutes from center by car.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novel City Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. As someone who works in a rent-to-rent property management company and manages reservations for over 200 apartments, I can confidently say that when I recommend a place, it truly is exceptional. The service at Novel City Hotel is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities one could need for a relaxing visit. I did read one negative review about the parking situation, but I want to set the record straight: the parking at Novel City Hotel is secure and monitored by cameras. I had no issues whatsoever and felt completely at ease leaving my car there. Overall, I highly recommend Novel City Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience. If I say something is good, trust me, it is truly excellent. You won't be disappointed!
