Second time we stay at the apartment and it is excellent - quiet, clean, spacious enough and has all you need for a short vacation. We didn't really use much besides the basic facilities, as we stayed for a long weekend, but it feels convenient for a longer stay as well. Kids loved the bunk bed, we loved the provided parking space. Location is excellent, if you want to explore the city centre.

The property is in a great location with 3 min access to central street, food and grocery shops, various restaurants for different budgets. Superb shower room (pity the hot water tank is suitable for a party of 2, for 3 people it is already a bit small). Parking space is a particularly valuable feature (as they started to charge parking fee in Burgas) - overall is very, very good.
