Located in a National Revival-style building from the 19th century, Family Hotel Bulair is just 100 metres away from the centre of Burgas and 300 metres away from the closest beach and the Sea Garden. A tennis court and a park are within 100 metres from the property and the main pedestrian street is 300 metres away. A mall can be reached within 5 minutes on foot.

I liked the location, bed sheets and room were very clean. Extremely polite and nice was the lady in the restaurant on the day when we were leaving. I went downstairs to leave the key for the room and she kindly offered to put a few pancakes in a box for later as we didn't have time to have breakfast in the restaurant. Such a nice thing to do.. Thank you, and I am sorry I didn't get lady's name. Her gesture made my day.

As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely, smiley lady who ran the hotel and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable and the location is super.

The location is perfect for staying a few days, next to the main bus and train station in the middle of the town. I got there while they were cleaning the room, and the staff was excellent, they allowed me an early check-in. Had working AC, TV is small but functional with a lot of Bulgarian channels.
