Location, very good price. I was travelling solo but if you travel as a couple you get hostel level prices for an entire apartment in an European coastal city. I paid the same price for a bed in dorm in Split, Croatia so excellent value for money. Certainly you won't get hotel level service but expectations need to be adjusted to what you are paying. Exactly like in the pictures. Safe and quiet at night. Cleaniness was ok, definetely not as bad as reviews make it sound. The host was easily reachable by whatsapp and ready to answer any questions. There was washing machine, a rack to dry clothes, a TV and AC, towels, toilet paper.
