Came for the balconcy view offer. Found it was more of a sublet of vacant unit not leased.

After the first night we decided to extend the hotel for another night as the location of the hotel is amazing. Right on the lakeside with beautiful views and the beach 5 minutes away. Right below the hotel is an Italian restaurant with very tasty food ( I understand the restaurant and hotel have the same owner). First night: mountain and church view, beautiful but hotter in the evening as it is sunny side. Second night: view of the lake ( very beautiful), and less hot. Both rooms had a mini kitchen. Lovely staff ( Francesco, Alina). Delicious and very good breakfasts ( meat, cheese, eggs, fruit, yoghurt). Free parking right outside the hotel. Perhaps the price was affordable as we had attic rooms ( check if this is important to you, maybe that's why it's a bit hotter, but the lake view wasn't hot). It is not a hotel but a B&B so there is no reception but you will be met at the restaurant ( in the hotel itself) and settled in quickly. It is modern and there is no point in overpaying for it. The location and the area around the hotel is very nice. The water in the lake is warm and clear. The presence of the restaurant under the windows: exactly at 10.30. Complete silence)

Location was amazing with the best views, staff members are so friendly and co-operating, very quiet area, breakfast was tasty and plenty, room and the balcony are spacious. No noise at all. Free parking,

Beautifully positioned on the edge of Lake Lucern, we stopped over for one night. Room was clean comfortable and functional with a lake view. What made our stay excellent were the charming and friendly staff who were more than willing to help. I can imagine, with the lake ferry stop right outside the hotel, this hotel would be an excellent base to explore the whole area. Thank you for a lovely stay
