The hotel has a nice river view and is close to Restaurants, Pubs and shops in walking distance.

Room was nicely appointed and the bed very comfortable. Well located next to the Burnett River which has a lovely river walk. The restaurant in the hotel was well appointed but a little expensive.

My daughter liked the view of the Burnett River, she was excited to see it when she opened the curtains in the morning. The rooms are nice, id say they are the best in Bundaberg itself, they are slightly outdated to me but only because I stay in Brisbane, Sydney and Noosa often and in those places the hotels are in competition with so many others that they must stay up to date with the latest trends.

Front desk staff excellent as was general manager. Had a problem needed to change from a two night stay to just one night as a planned excursion was cancelled due to the weather. Hotel said no problem but it had to go through booking.com. That is were problem had occurred they are not getting back to me or property.

loved the room, very generous sizing for not only the main bedroom but the 2nd bedroom as well. the bath was huge as well.

Staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Location is ideal for the purpose of my travel. Loved the optional snacks and beverages in the room. Room views are stunning.
