THE ROOM WAS EXCELLANT,ITS WAS THE FIRST TIME I MET MY PARTNER FOR A MONTH AND WE ENJOY OUR STAY THE BREAKFAST WAS 10/10 THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY AND YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ROUD OF ALL THE STAFF WHO WORK THERE.

We arrived and it was very difficult to park, there was a wedding or similar function on so the entire hotel was extremely busy, it was noisy and there was loud music into the night. This doesn’t normally bother me but we arrived late and was leaving early in the morning for our event ( before 7am) The next night was much better, we managed to see the bar area and chose to sit in there for a while instead of the room. The room was nice but was on the small side and only had one chair which wasn’t ideal for 2 adults. The actual building was lovely and was well kept.

Delicious dinner. Good beer in pleasant surroundings. A special Mention in Despatches for Sof who made us very welcome with good humour and attentiveness. Full marks.

Third time I've stayed here for Crufts as it's only half an hour away from the NEC (with Crufts traffic). Great stay as always. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely place to stay. Comfortable bed, a little basic in decor but nice and clean. Friendly welcoming staff and good food. Chef went above and beyond to provide a lovely breakfast
