We visited out of season and really appreciate the staff's commitment to give us a great service. They went out of the way to make our stay comfortable by getting us the best possible room and allowing for early check-in and check out.

- Breakfast is good, but nothing fancy like avocado or salmon. The rest is good. Fresh products. - You get daily room cleaning (changing towels, bath robes). - Free and safe parking - Pools and sauna were clean - Nice restaurant - Nice baby seater and play room. The daughter enjoyed her time there.

The view is amazing! The room is an excellent size and the bed and sofa were both very comfortable. The staff is extremely attentive. The breakfast was excellent.

Outstanding view from the hotel, if staying in the main building (A), very good swimming pool (both outside and inside). Good kitchen. Perfect staff!!!

Staff very friendly and help so quickly as possible. nice breakfast and chef cooking as traditional Ukrainian dishes , so European, for example cheese cream soup bring in bin from pastry . Swimming pool outside and CPA zone inside very comfortable.

We spent 3 perfect days at this hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean!, the spa is very comfortable. The staff in the entire complex is very kind.
