My first room was very noisy from night club next door. The noise finished at 3;30 am every night. I asked for change and the staffs understand and provided a much quieter room. Thank you.

very good front desk staff, I was book 3 days 25/6 to 27/6 and my room aircon was too hot. I call the night shift staff and he immediately attend and arrange for change of room. very good customer service. thanks
