The fine print

Mr yew was very responsive owner with clear instruction to check in & check out. The house was clean, there is no carpet but the owner provides few sandal. About the water temperature, kindly read all the instructions given and u will not have any problem. The unit is in 4th Flr but there is elevator n convenient for senior citizen.

The owner was able to make quick arrangement despite the last minute booking. Location wise - good. View from the unit - great. Instructions were clear and key collection / drop off was a breeze.

1) easy 'check in' process flow. Just take access card n house key at security guard by showing the check in arrangement via whatsap to security guard. 2) Clean house and complete facility 3) have strong wifi 4) quiet 5) ample parking 6) 500 - 600 meters to food court and masjid 7) PIC very helpful and very quick in responding to our queries
