Location was fantastic, great hospitality from the owners as well, not recommended for picky travellers but it is great value for money if you are not insistent on comfort and just need a clean place to sleep. Breakfast was also excellent, given the price you're paying.

Fabulous location, neat stay, Walking distance from all monuments. Very helpful and responsive host, we stayed for 4 days. The hot water for the shower was lukewarm, after informing him it was hot. We had to catch the early morning 4 50 am train to khiva. We were concerned whether we would get yandex. Mahmoud, our host assured us that in case we don't get yandex by 4 am.. He will drop us ( at a cost) . That was a good backup. He woke up at 3 30 am for our check out. We got yandex early in the morning without any issue.The location of our stay was correct in yandex and Gmaps.

Very nice small guesthouse at a great location. The host is a very kind man who will go out of his way to make you have a good stay. Very friendly and helpful. The room and bed was comfortable, breakfast very decent and just a perfect stay for a good price overall!

Perfect location 5 minutes on foot to the main attractions. Mahmud and his family were super helpful and friendly, gave us very good advice and took good care of us! Breakfast was delicious too! Cute house, the double room is very spacious and comfortable!
