The apartment is in the city center, so it is convenient for tourists and travelers. There are many shops, a market, salons, cafes, restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and cozy. Everything you need is in the apartment (dishes, bedding, sanitary and hygienic supplies). The owner is super friendly and helped us to navigate the city. We will come again!

We spent ten nights at the apartment. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the sites, which we wanted for a longer stay. The apartment is a few minutes walk from a supermarket and mall with a food court. Note that we did not stay in the unit in the images, we were in a new unit in a building across the street. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. It seems recently placed on the market so hopefully, it will have its own listing soon. Our unit was a one-bedroom apartment. Visualizing a square, the entrance was at the lower right corner. A utility closet and then the bathroom were down the hall. The bathroom has a large shower instead of a tub/shower. The bedroom is in the lower left corner, the kitchen in the middle and the large living room is across the top. The bedroom and kitchen have windows on the left-hand wall and receive afternoon sun. The LR windows are on the top and also get some afternoon sun (west?). The brightest room was the bedroom. The "L" shaped hall has a section across from the kitchen door with a desk. The kitchen has a slightly smaller refrigerator than full-sized but more than sufficient for the size of the apartment. Unlike the other unit, this one does not have a stove. It has a stovetop and a microwave. There were a few pots, knives & utensils for cooking. We were a bit disappointed with the living room, I had booked the other unit because we prefer that style of couch (we are full-time travelers). The LR contained a traditional couch, ironing board, and drying rack. No table, no TV, no other furniture. We asked for a table and received one kitchen table sized and the desk as a bonus (we indicated needing a table to put our laptops on). The apartment was very clean. Communication was good and not so good. The owner does not live in Uzbekistan and the property is managed by someone local. He was very friendly and helpful and responded immediately to our questions during our stay.

Brand new apartment close to new and old cities. Property managers were available and responsive.All facilities as listed and in good order.

It was very large flat and adequately fitted. Large air conditioned bedroom with comfy bed with tv and very clean and nice kitchen bathroom lots of towel bed linen and large living room . Located in a nice area and walking distance to old town . The landlord was very polite friendly and helpful . Giving you all information in full details
