It's a small family-owned hotel and they try hard to make it work. Staff: The owners are very nice and tried their best to help whenever there was an issue. The owner himself drove us to the station to catch a train at an unearthly hour, which was nice of him. The son of the family was the translator and helped out whenever he was available. Decor: It is beautifully decorated, both the courtyard and the rooms.

Substantial breakfast. The host is friendly. One of the young staffs helped us taking luggage out to the main street. It's newly renovated.

Brilliant hotel in a great location. The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The room is beautiful decorated and the whole vibe of the hotel was spot on. They helped us with transport to the station too as its far out of town.

We stayed in Bukhara just for one day. But it was a very nice stay, right in the historical center next to all the tourist attractions. We enjoyed walking in the old city and exploring the city. The breakfast was really nice, full of amazing local fruits. This is a family-run small hotel, but it's recently renovated, so everything inside is nice and clean. We did not have any problems, and really appreciated the hospitality.

We loved this property, it was beautiful to look at and our room was one of the most comfortable and luxurious we experienced in Central Asia. Breakfast was lovely. The location was fantastic and we were able to reach all attractions in Bukhara by foot. We enjoyed being able to stay in the old city and loved our dinner at Joy Chaikhana Lounge just around the corner (make a reservation!).
