The location is excellent, walking distance to all main attractions & nice restaurants. The hotel is formerly a madrasah and the place is under state protection. The room is really clean, spacious and have the nice home feel.

Lovingly restored Madrassa - stylish and charming. Easy walking distance to all the main sights and sites but tucked away from hustle and bustle. Extremely nice staff - arranged a brilliant guide (best we had in Uzbekistan) as well as made excellent restaurant and free time suggestions. The owner showed us his 'before and after' pictures of the massive restoration undertaken - most impressive and fascinating - as well as sharing his plans to carry on restoring adjacent properties. We had a lateish train to catch and we were given tea and snacks in the garden while we waited which was kind and thoughtful. The resident cats were also an unexpected delight - Scottish Folds who gently but firmly escorted us around the property ( I am not traditionally a cat person but these chaps risked being kidnapped by me). All in all a very happy choice of accommodation - one of the highlights of our visit to Uzbekistan - and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Breakfast is very good. Location is great and the room is quite comfortable and super clean. The staff is really nice as well

The hotel is an old madrase with a big court yard, room was good size for 2 people with luggage, staff are polite and always happy to help. Bathroom is beautiful. We enjoyed the many cuts in the court yard, breakfast was good.
