Room 5 was very new, spacious and near the restaurant. BF was great. We were the only guests and even though there was no buffet, we were treated with plenty of food, all delicious. The services were exquisite.

The location was central & walking distance to historic sites such as Lyab-i Hauz Ensemble and trading domes full of wonderful little shops. The customer service was excellent & the breakfast venue & choice was great.

This is a lovely hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town. The staff were polite, extremely helpful and a pleasure to meet with.

Hotel is in the middle of the city. So convenient for everything. Walking distance. Staff were so supportive and friendly. Spoke English and helped us with documentation etc. Specially Khalimov (Gary) who was at the reception. Highly recommend the place.

My 2 night stay at the Malika Bukhara was very pleasant. I particulatly liked the central location of the hotel as it was near all of the historical monuments. I reported a minor issue with the sink in my room and the hotel staff was very quick in arranging another room- this proved to be a King's suite with a massive bed. Such customer service is unbeatable! I also enjoyed the varied breakfast on offer in the mornings. The staff were also friendly and highly professional. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel for my future visits to Uzbekistan.
