The location is excellent—right in the old city center, with all major attractions within walking distance. The breakfast is very good: delicious and filling. The room itself is new and stylish, but it’s smaller than advertised — around 16 square meters instead of 20. On the plus side, the shower is great, with reliably hot water. A minor issue for us was the noise, as our room was close to the reception and people kept coming and going. The wi-fi connection is not reliable. The room also felt a bit stuffy since the window faced a wall. Installing an air conditioner would probably solve this.

We stayed there for 6 nights and we really liked it. The room was very clean and had really nice traditional Uzbek design. Home made, delicious breakfast, with big variety (incl. vegetarian options), and quite generous in quantity :) The hotel is located less than 10 mins walk from the Old Town (there is a nice shortcut!) and many shops and restaurants nearby. But the most important thing - the owner of the hotel and his wife were really friendly and helpful, they were always there to give us recommendations. Great place to stay, once again we were amazed by the Uzbek hospitality :)

The position is great because it's central and close to the main attractions of the city but still in a "local" neighborhood. The room was clean and the breakfast nice. And most of all, the man taking are of the structure has been extremely nice and helpful.

The most hospitable place where we stayed in Uzbekistan. Right from the time we walked through the door, they made us feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in and were the only ones who helped carry our bags upstairs - we stayed in 2 other hotels with no elevator and they didn't even offer. Room was clean, spacious, and interiors were beautiful with traditional Uzbek design on the ceiling and walls. Restroom was also clean with basic amenities provided. Since we were leaving at 4.30am, they prepared a breakfast box to go which was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

This was our first visit to Bukhara and we are impressed with the city! Central Asia Hotel met all our expectations. The description of the hotel corresponds to the description on the booking.com, the owner is kind and helpful and offered to organize a transportation for a reasonable fee from the train station to our room. The room is neat, clean, the furniture and beds are comfortable. We may especially highlight the bathroom, which always had hot water and clean towels. The air conditioner was working, which was most important considering that we have visited Bukhara in the hottest period of the year. The breakfast was substantial, the ingredients were fresh and the prepared food was delicious. Highly recommend and hope we will visit Bukhara and Central Asia Hotel again!
