I am rating this hotel based on the price and the room offered. A small room, neat and price, was reasonable . Near to amenities , beach and bugibba square

It's a nice hotel in a good location. There was only one room key, so you had to key-hop if you couldn't get back together. The pull-out bed for the third person was very uncomfortable, although the hotel did try to help with this when asked. buzzing noise through the night and bad ventilation although we were aware this was only a shaft window when booking, and there was no towel rail to dry towels on

Booked an internal room with no balcony as had planned to be at one of the two advertised pools depending on weather, relaxing. However on landing found we were upgraded to a balcony room on the fifth floor. Room also had a free mini fridge freezer which is 4e a day to hire. Never got any info on breakfast, dinner etc so we ate out. Location excellent, walking distance to restaurants, shops etc. Lobby for relaxing in. Top floor sunroom with TV lovely and fab outdoor pool. Rooms spotless. All staff efficient and friendly. Plus the hotel has a filtered water tap, chilled, in the lobby, a godsend.

The staff is very friendly. Location is amazing, so close to the beach and local restaurants. They provide water at the entrance, clean the rooms every day, size of the room is perfect.

The location of the hotel and the partial view of the sea was beautiful. Lots of shops and places to eat near by in the square.The staff were friendly and helpful.
