We got upgraded to a better room because our room didn’t had a microwave. They a realy big pool and a decent gym. Everything is realy well decorated with a jungle vibe. I realy recomend going, but the food options could have been a little better.

Beside Walden Galleria Mall, lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to I-90, airport isn't far. Be worth checking if have a Park n Fly options if you plan on travel. My stay included a breakfast which was a buffet style with decent options. Staff at check in were very helpful. Very nice indoor pool area with a Courtyard, believe 2 levels of rooms facing the Courtyard. On stay I noticed bar and food service in Courtyard with big screen to watch football as it was on a Sunday.

We stayed in the Deluxe Superior Courtyard Two Queen Beds with Balcony 2nd Floor expecting a normal hotel room. The balcony makes you feel like you are on a mini vacation. Its quiet nice, if you have a room/balcony in all the plants. For that reason alone, I would come back. Cleanliness was a bit of an issue, my friends bed had someone else's hair ALL throughout it. As soon as she pulled back the sheets, long dark hair was all over the sheets and the pillow case. Almost like someone has taken a nap then made the bed. It was gross! We asked to have the bed remade for this reason and when we returned to our room, extra sheets where left on my bed and we had to change the bedding on her bed, housekeeping didn't do it, which we found odd. The bathroom could use a good deep clean, or wash the walls but as I said the balcony room that we had was awesome and we quiet enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony with all the plants. You can beat the location either if your in the area for some shopping. Front desk staff was super nice and friendly, breakfast was decent.

Everything about this hotel. The second floor is beautiful, you can sit on the balcony over look the garden and pool. This makes it feel like you're on vacation.

During the day, the courtyard used by the hockey team, U12, was amazing as a gathering place for them to socialize, play, eat food they brought in. The courtyard is a great resource for groups coming to the Buffalo area. The breakfast was good and breakfast room spacious.

the administration was polite and helpful. the bartender was great too. very nice courtyard with plants and pool. the rooms are big, spacious, we found everything we needed. Early checking was perfect.
