Good location, spacious room. A young man at the front desk, who was very friendly and helped us with transport (Ubers/ taxis) with a smile (and seemed to like Imagine Dragons ;-)). A young woman at the front desk (usually mornings) was friendly as well.

Location is great. Even though I would say it's on the "edge" of the recoleta area, it still is walking distance for most things. Staff was always helping. My room was kept clean and organized daily even though I didn't ask them to. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast as well was a great optional.

The location is very good - in the center of a beautiful district Recoleta, and 15mins walk from Teatro Colombo. The rooms were very carefully cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast because we wanted to get out and check cafes in the nearby area. The elevators were tiny but I assume it’s the specificity of buildings in this area.
