The location was great and very safe - in the central Palermo-Soho district. It was easy to get about - we even walked into the centre of BA even though it was 5-6km, however the receptionists can always book you a cab of you can use the cabify app to get around. Samanta was able to recommend places to eat and made sure we had a taxi arranged for our journey back to the airport when we checked out. We had a large double room overlooking the street - the style of the hotel and the room was really beautiful and authentic - much more personal than a room in a chain hotel. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was strong, the aircon and wifi worked well. The breakfast buffet had a small but very good selection of food.

We spent just one night at Sissi Haz Hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and left early the next morning so didn't spent too much time there. However, during our brief stay we had everything we needed. The room was spacious. The staff were extremely helpful and because we left too early for breakfast the staff laid on a tray of coffee and biscuits in our room.

Fantastic location in Palermo…5 minute walk to Plaza Serrano and there are lots of great restaurants close to the hotel.
