Excellent service from the front desk staff. Room was clean and reasonable size with including the bathroom. Location is very good with easy access to shopping and restaurant options.

The staff were very attentive and exceeded all our expectations. When we check in, we were given an upgrade. Lovely quiet room with private balcony. When we enquired about public transport, the concierge provided us with a Sube card. On my birthday, the breakfast staff presented me a wonderful birthday cake singing "happy birthday ". Couldn't fault the service. Location is excellent. Very easy to walk to some attractions and also close to public transport. I highly recommend this hotel even though it is expensive. Worth the high price.

Location was perfect for seeing all the sights of Buenos Aires. The hotel was beautifully kept with a wonderful team. They went out of their way to make our visit memorable. Diego, the concierge, provided the best concierge experience I have received to date. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in organising activities for us. The breakfast was lovely. We also ate at the bar twice and it was lovely. Our room was modern, clean with every facility. I highly recommend this hotel.
