My first impression of this booking was how amazing the communication was. From the moment I received the confirmation, I felt completely confident that everything would go smoothly—and it did. The host kept me informed every step of the way, which was incredibly reassuring. Check-in was seamless, and we were welcomed into a spotlessly clean apartment that had every amenity you could possibly need. To top it off, there was even a mid-stay clean, which was such a lovely bonus. The apartment is in a convenient and safe location, perfect for exploring the city. I would absolutely recommend booking this apartment. If I ever return, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again. My only regret is not being able to stay longer in this wonderful apartment and city!

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location was very nice. Bed was comfortable and there were two different pillows (soft and hard) for each person which was a big bonus for us. For our 10 days stay, there were 2 cleaning services. Overall, we were very happy with our stay there. If you wish to use the kitchen during all your stay, it may not be sufficient but it has all the tools for small stuff.

Central location. Spacious clean properly. Lucia was fantastic very welcoming and communicated with us at every stage. Recommend the short walk up to plaza Armenia for good restaurants and atmosphere.

Clean and spacious for 3 people. Very central easy walk to Plaza Armenia and Plaza Serrano for bars and restaurants. Lucia was great from booking to check out and gave us lots of useful information about the area. She’s a star.

It's a great, light apartment in Palermo with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. We loved having the balcony to sit out on and the air con worked well. Lucia was brilliant, responding quickly to our messages, helping us store our bags and arranging for us to have breakfast as we arrived early in the morning. Breakfast cafe was nice and chilled, with several food options and staff were friendly. Main attractions are all a taxi ride away and taxis are cheap and easy to get. Great to have a pool with a view!

Very convenient location with nice walking distance to the centre of Palermo. Felt like safer area and good security of the building. Well equipped apartments. Great with the pool at the rooftop!! We had 2 apartments as we were 5 people in our family. We would definitely like to come back!

The apartment was nice and clean. Lucia was super nice and helpful until very late in the night of our check-in. She also offered to keep our luggages the last day of our stay which was very convenient.
