Location was great, and it was very nice to have access to a washing machine in the basement. Felt very safe in the area, and we could walk around to many sights and areas. Apartment was very clean, and Julia was a very communicative host.

Our host met us when we arrived at the apartment, showed us how to safely enter the building, showed us to our apartment and went through useful information. We stayed there for 11 nights and during our stay were asked three separate times if we would like fresh towels and bedding. We thought this was very good service. The apartment was very clean and had a lovely, spacious balcony. Breakfast was included each morning up until 11am, at the cafe next door. All we had to do was sign our name on arrival. Again, lovely and very easy to do. Julia, our host, was so lovely. Each time we saw her she stopped to speak to us and check in with how we all were. Nothing was a problem!

We liked everything! From the great location of the apart which is right between Palermo and Recoleta, close to a large number of cafe’s and restaurants, to the cleaness and cosyness of the apartment all the way up to how friendly and attentive Julia, the host, was towards us, we really felt welcomed as guests and not just customers! I fully recommend this location for staying in Buenos Aires and enjoying the authenticity of the city and it’s people!

Julia was a wonderful host - Very informative and attentive we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in/ out experience. The rooms was spacious and the apartment is in a great location. We also really appreciated the washing facilities after a long time travelling round South America. 10/10 stay would recommend

The host Julia is an amazing person, who took care of us with so much patience and kindness! She is amazing. The bakery in the morning is also perfect! The room is perfect!
