- Great location in Palermo, there’s lots of bars and supermarkets nearby - it’s quite and clean, I always appreciate beds with curtains and lockers in the room - the terraces

Firm mattress and huge bathroom. Good change from the tiny bathrooms where you can barely get dressed. Some people in the reviews complain that the bathroom (one integrated toilet and shower) for 8 people was problematic. I did not find any issues with that. I think it is nice that they offer a very different bathroom option from other hostels. Someone from the staff was really nice and helped me pre-pay my bus card with her app. I was in a rush, and saved me from being really late to an event. Thanks! They were also happy to let me leave my stuff at the hostel for the day after I had checked out.

I was staying in an 8-beds female dormitory room. It had 2 bathrooms (with really nice shower pressure). I was able to check in at night since they have a 24/7 reception. It’s also possible to pay both cash or by card. I love that they have curtains, also lamps and sockets (Argentinian type) on every bed. In the middle of the room there were additional sockets hanging from the wire with European sockets. I also was able to leave my baggage for the day after the checkout. I also saw the kitchen with all the necessary equipment but I didn’t use it. And the stuff is super nice and friendly and helpful. They also are reachable via WhatsApp in case of any questions.

I absolutely loved this hostel! the building as well as the interior is so beautiful staff is very friendly AC in the rooms they have a golden retriever and a cat it's located in a nice area but still quiet the price is absolutely reasonable and cheaper compared to other worse hostels in BA

Staff are great, beds and bathrooms are clean, and the building is beautiful. Kitchen functions and is clean.

The staff were very helpful, the facilities were good and the location was good. I was lucky to get to spend most my time with Coco the cat! She slept with me for one of the nights. Very good company for when you’re missing your own pets!!

Staff was helpful and friendly, beautiful building, comfortable hostel overall, relatively clean. Well located: Palermo is a vibrant neighborhood. Bathroom was big and good hot shower.
