Location, room size and design, food and hotel services like sauna, gym etc. Staff were really very helpful and the view of the city was great. I liked that they offered a turn down service.

The hotel is lovely, as are the staff. They don’t have many English guests, so don’t really understand our way of life. This is not a bad thing but a little frustrating when they chase you for money before you have eaten & chase you for a drinks bill if you go to the toilet. The rooms were excellent.

+ Superb location + Excellent Staff, kind, educated, and well trained. + Clean, well kept rooms. + Very good breakfast. + It was very cold during my stay and room heating worked perfectly. + In my opinion this is still one of the best options in Buenos Aires, I come back to it every year.

On my 3rd trip to Buenos Aires I tried Puerto Madero neighborhood and just loved it. What blew me away about this Hotel is that I arrived on a very early flight from NYC and they let me check in before 11 am. I travel a ridiculous amount (100 Countries) and first time a hotel has accommodated me this early.

Breakfast was very good, on Sunday we were even given a choice of tomates, zucchini, plus the usual fruit. The unexpected treat was lunch and dinner which were very good. They have a good cheff, that prepared everything with good taste.
