The whole experience at the Hotel was very streamlined. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the evening meals we had in the restaurant each evening - the food was exceptional as were the waiting staff.

The executive floor is worth paying about $50-70 extra per room. Get breakfast snacks and happy hour. Barter for a good price. Staff very nice.

Location, location. They were very full so still coped well. The beds are very comfortable. The room is sufficient and clean and if anything was required a quick call it was there within five minutes. Everyone was very responsive on the phone to guest relation. In the lounge, the staff were incredibly good and tried to please, what else so much they would always try to get something if you asked for it.
