“Great hotel with amazing front desk staff! The location is good for safety and convenience.”

Great staff! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. Some of the hallway areas and parts of the rooms could use some updating but overall the hotel is really good. Cleanliness is important and this hotel really was very clean!

Booked this hotel and told by booking . Com that I would be upgraded to deluxe room. On che king in the room given to us was not deluxe or upgraded- it was not clean , had no safe, no hangers for clothes. It definitely was not a deluxe room. I spoke to reception and we were given another room which was quite small - which was better but I would not regard it as deluxe . All in all disappointed

Staff were friendly and helpful which was great for english speaking guests such as us. The location was fantastic fir us as we could walk to everything.

staff are very friendly, good value for money, the bar staff and restaurant staff were over friendly, in a good location can walk to many main attractions
