The price, the location, the included breakfast buffet. Santiago on reception was very helpful. We transferred to a 5* hotel included in our package but for a short stay Bens is perfectly adequate for us and better value.

Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful, and spoke English pretty well. Location is great. Wifi did not work the first day but staff tried diligently to fix it.

Located in nice suburb of Recoletta with level walking distance around Recoletta - Cemetery, local restaurants and bars but also to city centre. Very quiet room. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff very helpful and English speaking. Good security building.

I can only recommend this place. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Everyone at this hotel was very friendly and helpful any time. I would choose this hotel again.
