Location is great Easy self check-in, with good communication trough WhatsApp. Room was big and comfortabel, even had a huge TV. Nice terrace to sit and/or smoke

The location is very central close to Palermo Soho's bars, restaurants and shops as well as Plaza Italia with subway and bus connections. The area is generally very safe. The hotel is just a few blocks walk from Ecoparque which invites for a stroll or a relaxing afternoon. The two receptionists were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There is a great coffee shop (Casa Pina) just 1min away (ask for the discount voucher) and Western Union money exchange is located on the opposite street corner - super convenient. The shower is very small and the curtain tends to stick to the person showering. Generally, the bathroom is very dark and small.

Great location - so many nice places for coffee/food/drinks in Palermo and a 5-10 min walk from Plaza Italia metro station. Comfy beds, good air conditioning, friendly staff - all in all, very good value for money

We stayed here twice and it was good. The location was fabulous, felt really safe. The staff were really helpful over WhatsApp and helped me when my flight got cancelled. The room is a little rundown and could do with some repairs. The tv and the wifi were good and I like how they just kind of leave you to it.

Great location in the heart of Palermo, bars, restaurants, shopping, public transportation everything close by. Superb staff, who is so helpful, gave as a sube card for use during our stay... If we come to BA again we would definitely stay again at "Art Factory"!

Very professional & friendly staff at the front desk who made my stay amazing and comfortable! The property was impeccably clean. WiFi was excellent. Location was great - about 5-10 minutes walk to all relevant places in Palermo. Overall, excellent value for money & I would definitely recommend! 😊🙏🏽
