Very comfortable bed and shower. Friendly staff. Location is very central, takes a while to work it out but actually after a few days I realised it was a great location for exploring all the popular barrios and tourist attractions.

Close to Florida metro and bus stops, close to tourist street, relatively safe at night , spacious room, great staff, I like to have openable windows in my room, fridge inside the room( not a common thing in Chile)

The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. The room was quite spacious and was clean and the room service team were very efficient. We used the Cambio agent at the 'Drug Store' nearby on the corner opposite HSBC and got a great rate. Walking distance to many nice sights - especially the rivers edge with its bars and restaurants around Women's Bridge with a nice vibe in the sunshine.

Breakfast was limited but good spread and I liked it. However, omelets and Cappuccino was paid. They had only black coffee and milk separate as part of free breakfast.

Great location - very central and close to Lavalle and Florida walking streets, restaurants, touristic places etc. The breakfast was great with a good variety of foods to choose from. We stayed in a suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good internet connectivity.

I stayed in this hotel 2 times during my visit to Buenos Aires (once in April, later in August). Always a great experience. Very close to many attractions, great rooms with central heating and air conditioner. Always hot water and great showers. Great service by front desk team. Very kind and helpful personel.
