Coming from Budva you can either go up the hill (mountain) and turn right where the abandoned Budva waterpark is, it is about 100 meters past the basketball court. Or you follow the main road out of Budva and past the restaurant on the right you will see a road going up the hill (mountain) on the right side, meaning you will come from the other side towards the property. Even though they do not have a restaurant they have a local deal with a food delivery service till 8pm and the portions are quite generous.

Nice place with nice swimming pool and perfectly located to visit Budva and the sorroundings. It is located 10 min by car from the city centre. The bedrooms are very comfortable with a small kitchenette. You can also park your car there!

I liked everything about this place, but what stands out the most is the service and hospitality of the owners. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were offered free shots even when we hadn't purchased drinks from their bar. The view is wonderful and it's very peaceful and secluded. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location near the main coastal road. Good breakfast on the terrace surrounded by mountains. A chance to order food delivery from some other restaurant in case you are hungry when you arrive (e.g. late evening).

The view from the balcony was perfect. Swimming towards the mountains were great experience. The staff was helpful and nice. Owner was helpful also. We booked 1 night but we loved to place and decided to stay 2 nights. Thank you!
