Modern hotel very well located in the city center, close to the main street, the port and old Budva. The staff is discreet, helpful and welcoming The apartments or rooms are recent with modern equipment. Bright, and windows overlooking the bay. Very pleasant.

The location is good, close to the old town of Budva, for about 10-minute walk. The view from our balcony is really amazing, especially at night. Although the room is not very spacious, but it's clean and tidy. Wifi is good enough, as well as the hot water. It's a plus there's an elevator in the building, considering that most of the B&B we stayed in the Balkans have no elevator, which is not convenient to bid luggage holders.

I arrived late at night, had a delay at the airport (2h). However, the owners were very very nice and waited for me. Very well located, super clean and modern. Recommend 100%. The parking was very convenient as well.

It was only a 10-min walk from Old Town and the rooms were very clean. Staff is also very responsive with our queries and very helpful especially in terms of parking.

The location is the best, a few minutes walk from old town, the beach, a nearby supermarket, The tourist information point and also the bus station to small nearby towns. And also most taxi drivers knew the place by name it was easy. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and smelled wonderful. Highly recommend this place.

They allowed us to check in early which was appropriated. The location is great as it’s only a short walk to Budva 1 and Budva old town, and is also very close to a taxi rank. The breakfast was also nice as it offered veggie/vegan options other than just fruit salad.

The most perfect location to explore Budva, and the most spectacular views from the communal rooftop terrace. Old town and beaches very close by, down a not very steep hill. Very attentive host.
