I want to bring to your attention a few issues with the apartment. Firstly, the requirement to pick up the key from a different hotel before going to the apartment is inconvenient. This information should have been communicated online to save guests' time, especially after a long journey. Secondly, the oven was broken, forcing us to spend money eating out. Additionally, the non-stick pot provided had a persistent smell, even when boiling an egg. Furthermore, there was a bedbug in my room, and the initial responses from the host lacked empathy. After expressing my dissatisfaction, the resolution offered was unsatisfactory, with no apology and a suggestion to find another apartment at 8 pm. Moreover, the washing machine door was broken, making it difficult to retrieve our clothes. Despite the excellent location and beautiful apartment, the service was subpar. We were promised a cleaner on the third day, but no one showed up during our four-night stay. I believe that the lack of empathy and customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

It was clean and cozy apartment, close to center and beaches and it has a nice view from the balcony. Nearby theres a supermarket and some local restaurants up to 10 min walk. The staff were very kind as well. The check in was tricky, you need to collect the keys from different location - Hotel Hermes - but after the checkout we could leave the luggage in the hotel reception free of charge so was good.

The apartment is located very close to the old town. There are steps that go down right to Volli, which is 200 meters from the Old Town. Location is great, the view from the balcony is amazing, you can see the sea and the mountains. It is calm location, a huge garage is under the house. Garage cost was 10 eu per 24 hrs, but we did not use it so we did not pay. The staff is very friendly, and there is a cleaner that comes on some days, we did not need her help though. Several beaches nearby, we used all 4 and all are superb!

Lovely spacious apartment. Very easy walk down to the beach! Car parking available (at a cost of €10 a day). Has a washing machine which is a big plus.

The apartment was clean and bright, with very stylish but minimal decorations. Location is the best thing! Located in dead end street, which gave us peace from the city traffic jams, but very close to the Old Town (we loved hidden stairs as a shortcut to the promenade by the sea). There is parking option in the garage, it's expensive (10€ /day) but we recommend taking it, because it's almost impossible to find available parking in the narrow steep streets.
