Great location, walk to Old town in few minutes, Marina, beaches, Voli market! nice apartment with good view of mountains and some water. Liked the balcony!Great for long stay. Got cleaned every day etc. Nice surprise. Highly recommend!

Perfectly located directly next to the fortress so very close and quite. He gave me a flyer for an offline map with all the sightseeing spots and recommended a beach.

Staff is nice, allowed us early check in and to leave bags after check out. Great location just a few minutes from the old town and all restaurants.

The location was perfect! A short walk to the Old Town, walkable to the bus station too. Our room was large and we had a lovely view toward the ocean.

Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was immaculate, lovely balcony, supermarket at the end of the road, two minutes away. Five minute walk into Budva Town. Luca and his family were so welcoming and helpful. Such a wonderful, peaceful setting. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay in Luca apartments again. 10/10

Location is great, if you want to be close to Morgen beach and the old town. The accommodation is great if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room. Staff was friendly.

Great location and lovely host. Room a little small with a slanted roof so difficult to stand up at times and I’m only a small person so wouldn’t be ideal for tall person. Other rooms may be better. Bathroom also separate across the corridor but wasn’t too much of an issue.
