Hibiscus Lakeside is showing its age. Nevertheless it is comfortable, clean, spacious and sits on a beautiful site on the lake. Quiet and peaceful. Walking path on the doorstop. Overall, I'd stay there again as it's excellent value for money

A classic Aussie motel that has been partially renovated. Good value for our short break. Pleasant lake side location. Very comfortable beds, excellent air/con with complimentary tea and coffee, toast making facilities and bottled water.

Very friendly helpful staff and the room appeared recently renovated which was a lovely surprise. Very clean and comfortable bed. Next time I would like to stay lake front/view. Room was good value for money

We received an upgraded room with a lakeside view and sitting area. The area at the lake is communal and there is a path along the lake through the trees, here birds can be observed and the building up of the banks of the estuary is described. There were restaurants in walking distance.
