The hotel location is great, the room was comfortable and quite large. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options for the guests - they also offered free caffe at the entrance, which is always nice to have. I would like to special thank all the receptionists, who were great. The staff is super nice, helpful and very kind to the guests. It was remarkable and one of the best staff I met in a hotel!

To be honest, we did not know what to expect, rather from the positive impression we have seen online. However, starting from the first phone call and then, seeing it live, we knew those impressions are true. The staff is very friendly, and they have responded positively to any demand we had. The hotel is cosy, and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, and you even have the hotel bar open for 24 hours. You can drink coffee any time for free. Finally, the parking place is rather big and also secured with the closed gates. Having in mind the difficulties when trying to find a parking spot in Budapest, this option was ideal.
