The hotel is beautifully designed and feels very unique. The location is great and made it very easy to get around. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help however they could.

The room was exactly like in the pictures, the hotel was very chique and had an elegant appeal. The staff was very friendly, open to help and very attentive to our needs. The towels were changed everyday of our stay and our coffee pods and water bottle renewed daily as well. It was overall very clean and pleasant for our few days stay in Budapest. Also bonus points for the hotel being adults only and for being very quiet.

A cozy, stylish, clean hotel in the city center, all the sights are within walking distance. The hotel is quiet, the room is clean, the staff is polite. I want to mention the girls at the reception, Erika and Bernadette, they provided a room where you can leave your things, change clothes and get yourself in order, when in the evening we came for our things Bernadette treated us to hot tea with honey and chocolates 💗 thank you 🌺🌺🌺

The mirrors around the room made it look bigger than it was but was awesomely done Customer service was excellent they couldn’t do enough for you and genuinely seemed to care - I had a cold and one of the ladies kindly gave me some medicine/vit c

The staff were so friendly and made it a really special time for my partner and I! Gave us a complimentary bottle of Hungarian sparkling wine to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Space was lovely, quiet, safe and clean. The location was so perfect, if it’s your first time in Budapest it is ideal. I will be recommending.
