Location is great. Gym and spa included are great for the price we were paying. Staff was friendly and welcoming. There's a tiny balcony that comes useful if you're a smoker. The bed was clean and comfortable. There's a full kitchen if you'd like to cook your meals.

Perfect location in the center of Budapest. Close to the Opera House, St. Stephen's Basilica, and Andrássy Avenue, the main street. Excellent transport links. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment 508 is spacious (on the 5th floor), with a bright living room and kitchen facing the street, and the bedroom facing the courtyard. Good sound insulation. The furniture is not new, but everything necessary is provided. There is a limited amount of dishes. The coffee maker leaked. The beds are comfortable. There was one cleaning service and towel change during our 4-night stay. The bathroom has a washing machine. We used the bathtub because the shower door wouldn't close completely. After daytime walks around Budapest, we enjoyed using the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. I recommend these apartments for family vacations (the price matches the quality).

Great location for everywhere. To the right around the corner is a park and plenty of restaurants/ bars. Near everything only a short walk to metro okotogon . Otherway near arany janos metro. And town centre.

This was our 3rd time staying in this accommodation. Great location, walking distance to most attractions. Pool and jacuzzi clean and tidy, we were happy to use it in the evening after a whole day of sightseeing. The accommodation is tidy, clean, the beds are comfortable, the bed linen smelled nice. The furniture has traces of use, but it does not affect the comfort. All in all, great value for the price. We will probably come again for the 4th time! :)

Amazing location right in the city centre. Pretty quiet compared to the location and how many apartments were in the building. Good swimming pool, young attendant in the evening was very polite and helpful. Apartment was large, plentynof room for three people, lovely bathroom. Good cooling system in apartment. Spa staff kind and helpful, good coffee.
