Really well situated apartments- easy to walk to all the main sites. Helpful member of staff stayed to welcome us although we arrived a little late. Breakfast at the cafe each day was fantastic value

We had originally booked the 'Superior' apartment. It was of the lowest standard I have ever been offered. It did not even remotely match any of the photos. We couldn't stay longer than one night as the dirt, poor maintenance on basic items such as the shower, poor quality bed, and tiny bedroom were too uncomfortable. We sent an email to management, and they moved us to a higher standard apartment, which we appreciated. In my opinion, the original apartment we stayed in should be blocked off for a week to clean it and repair the many problems. The location is fantastic, and the staff are readily available in an office nearby to help with anything. Overall, it was a good experience after we relocated.

Price off-season is good. Spacious apartment with most things you'd need. Cleaning very good, staff very kind and helpful. Heating very effective, nice and warm place. Shower had good water pressure. Very good fridge. Check out super smooth. Nice with a balcony.

The apartment was really nice and big for two people. The staffs were fast responsive. It’s walking distance from Karavan food and other restaurants we went, so I would say very central.
