Great central location. Comfortable rooms. Tea making facilities would have been nice. Cute little espresso cups no use for tea.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Shower in bathroom inside bath and without a screen thus flooding floor and making it quite slippery. Bath towels quite small. At times there was a smell of sewerage both upstairs and downstairs, we were on the 5th floor. Tea and coffee facilities advertised but coffee not replenished daily, we had to go to reception each time for more coffee even though we requested replenishment in the room. Excellent location close to centre.
