The location is good and easy to reach favour points. Many restaurants stand around the hotel. It is clean and comfortable. Good service from the reception.

The room was very spacious and spotless clean. The bed, pillows, etc - very comfortable. The location is perfect, one can reach plenty of attractions just by walking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you don't have a breakfast - plenty of nice coffee shops just around the corner.

The location was perfect, hotel is located in city center around 200-300m from St.Stephane Catedral and immediately next to Opera, so it is historical city center. Hotel is almost new, very clean and with comfort underground garage. Staff is very polite and helpful.

What made the biggest difference is the “Kimberly” the Customer Service Supervisor… the best in ANY Hilton facility I’ve ever stayed. Helped with EVERYTHING.

We liked the location the most, all sights are within a 15-30 minute walk. Breakfast excellent. Parking and parking access excellent. I would also like to commend Ms. Kimberly at the front desk, who took care of resolving the parking misunderstanding.
